摘要
本文论述了林场、林业局(尤其是经营型林场、林业局)在编制森林经营方案时,进行经济林规设设计的重要性。并以陕西省宝鸡县5个国营林场为例,从投资及效益等方面着手 论证经济林规设的合理性以及在本经理期内为繁荣林场经济,摆脱资源和经济危困等方面所起的作用。
The significance is argued of planning non-timber product forest production when a forest farm or forest bureau, particularly one of the management type, makes the forest management plan. Taking the five state-run forest farms in Baoji County of ghaanxi province for example, the author points out the rationality of non-timber product forest management sub-plan and the role it plays over the management period in overcoming resource and economic crisis and in prospering the economy of the farm.
