摘要
报告了一种治疗小儿股骨干上 1/3骨折的柔性复位固定器 ,生物力学测试其柔性度在 0 .0 743mm· N- 1 左右 ,可产生10 0 N(10 .2 kg)左右的复位力。经 2 2 0例临床应用观察 ,骨折均达到理想复位 ,向前无明显成角 148例 ,成角 <10°者 5 5例 ,<15°者 17例 ,向外无明显成角 2 0 3例 ,余 17例向外成角均 <10°。认为该柔性复位固定器集复位、固定、牵引于一体 ,有足够的强度和稳定性 ,且具有重量轻 ,柔性好 ,使用方便 。
Supple reposition fixator is a kind of self-made fixator for treating paediatric upper 1/3 femoral shaft fracture. To study the biomechanical properties of supple reposition fixator, an experiment was made, and the results were that the suppleness and the force of the reposition of supple reposition fixator were approximate 0.0743 mm/N and 100N(10.2kg) respectively. Two hundred and twenty cases were observed by the clinical application of supple reposition fixator, the fracture all achieved good repostion, and the cases without angled in anterior direction, angled in anterior direction <10°, angled in anterior direction<15° without angled in outward direction, angled in outward direction <10° were 148, 55, 17, 203, 17 respectively,suggesting that supple reposition fixator has the benefits of traction in combination with reposition and fixator, sufficient intensity and stability, light weight, good suppleness, convenient usage, definite function and so on.
