摘要
目的:探讨经关节突内外开窗法治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的可行性。方法:突出位于椎间孔内,采用经关节内侧扩大开窗法予以摘除,突出位于椎间孔外,采用经关节突内外联合开窗法予以摘除。结果:8例患者均得到1～3年随访,效果均为优。结论:采用经关节突内外开窗法治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症,可有效地处理位于椎间孔内或椎间孔外的突出物,此法入路方便、快捷,不需切除过多的小关节及峡部,可充分暴露病变区域的组织结构,减压彻底,术后效果优良,值得临床采用。
Objective: To discuss the feasibility of the windowing treament of extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation through inner and outer processus articularis. Methods: Through inner articulation to increase the window to extirpate the herniation inside interver-tebral foramen; and through inner and outer articulation to extirpate the herniation outside. Results: All the 8 cases were followed up from 1 to 3 years, and the results were excellent in all cases. Conclusion: It is effective in disposing of the herniations inside and outside intervertebral foramen. It is easy and fast lo dig in and there is no need to eotomize too much of minor articulation and strait part. It can provide full exposure of the tissue structure in disease areas and decrease the pressure completely. The results are excellent and it is adaptable.
