摘要
目的:介绍自体颅骨片及蜂蜜冷藏延期修补颅骨缺损。方法:将骨片浸入蜂蜜中冷藏(0℃～4℃)3～6个月后再用于修补同一患者的颅骨缺损。结果:共10例,其中硬膜外血肿3例,硬膜下脑内血肿5例,混合性血肿1例,AVM出血1例。修补术后无一发生感染,外观完美。6例经1～3年随访,2例达到骨性愈合。结论:蜂蜜冷藏保存颅骨片是一种简单、可行的体外保存方法。
Objective:To introduce a method of extended cranioplasty by use of autogenous craniotomy bone flaps refrigerated in honey.Methods: The autogenous craniotomy bone flaps refrigerated in honey(0℃ - 4℃ )for 3-6 months were used to perform cranioplasty to the same patients. Results: The patients undergone this kind of operation were 10 cases altogether. No infection was found in all cases after the operation, and the outlook was perfect. Six cases had been followed up 1 ~ 3 years and two of them reached bone healing standard. Conclusion: The method of refrigeration of craniotomy bone flaps in honey for extended cranioplasty is a simple and feasible one for preservation of bone flaps ire vitro.
