摘要
目的 报告经腹穿刺L5S1椎间盘摘除切吸术的临床应用效果。方法 应用消化道造影 ,压腹定位器及空心针穿刺技术 ,采用经腹穿刺途径治疗L5S1椎间盘突出症 5 2例。结果 术后经 1～ 11个月随访 ,参照Watts四级评定标准 :优 40例 ,良 10例 ,可 2例 ,优良率 96 1%。结论 该术式明显提高了L5S1椎间盘突出症的治疗效果 ,减少了髓核摘除切吸术并发症的发生 。
Objective To study the clinical effect of 52 cases of lumbar disc hermination treated with transabdominal L 5S 1 lumbar discectomy(TALD) Methods 52 cases of lumbar(L 5S 1) disc hermination were treated with TALD which using imaging of digestive organ,pressure on the lower abdomen and puncture with hollow needle.Results The period of follow up was 1～11 months,40 cases had excellent results,10 good and 2 fair.The excellent good rate reached 96 1%.Conclusion The method reduced the complication,increase the successful rate and enlarge the indication of TALD to treat lumbar(L 5S 1)disc hermination.
