摘要
目的 :探讨B型超声对女性子宫先天发育异常的诊断价值。方法 :对 30例子宫先天发育异常患者进行B超检查 ,并将超声结果与临床诊断结论进行了对照分析。结果 :18例患者进行了手术 ,其中 15例的超声结果得到了术后病理诊断的证实 ,同时表明 ,先天子宫发育异常患者伴有泌尿系统畸形。结论 :认为超声是一项简单可行的检查方法 ,它可以为子宫先天发育异常提供明确的诊断依据。
Objective:To discuss the diasgnostic value of B-mode ultrasonography to the congenital utricular disease in growth.Method:30 cases with the congenital utricular disease were examind with B-mode ultrasonograply,their ultrosonographic features were comparatively analysed with clinical diagnosis.Results:Among the 18 patients after operations,15 ultrasonographic diagonoses were confirmed by histopathology,it also showed that the abortion of winary system were always synchronized with congenital utricular disease.Conclusions:The ultrasonic examination is a simple feasible method to provide an accurate diagnosis of congenital uticular disease.
