摘要
目的 :探讨肾移植后糖尿病 (PTDM )的诊断和治疗。方法 :结合文献回顾性分析 1例PTDM患者的临床资料。结果 :本例患者术后第 10个月出现尿糖阳性 ,经进一步检查确诊为PT DM ,治疗后尿糖转阴 ,空腹及餐后 2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白均正常。结论 :PTDM发病主要是免疫抑制剂对糖代谢的影响 ,术后定期查尿糖、血糖可早期得以诊断。饮食治疗。
Purpose:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of posttransplantation diabetes mellitus(PTDM).Methods:A retrospective study was carried out based on data of clinical feature of 1 case of posttransplantation diabetes mellitus.Results:The patient was found that urine glucose was positive after postoperative 10th month,and was diagnosed as PTDM by advance checkups.Urine glucose,fasting and 2 hour after a meal blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin turned into normal level after treatment.Conclusion:The major reason of PTDM was that immune inhibitor effected glycometabolism;PTDM was diagnosed early by postoperative regular blood glucose and urine glucose checkups;Dietotherapy,adjusting immune inhibitor and applying drop-glucose-drug may obtain a effective treatment on PTDM.
