摘要
对 18例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)患儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)检测 ,发现异常率达 88.9% ,复查 10例 ,其中智力筛查异常 3例 ,异常率为 30 % ,脑干听觉诱发电位异常类型与智力筛查结果无明显相关性 ,初步说明脑干听觉诱发电位不能预测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的中枢神经系统后遗症。
Purpose:to abserve the ability of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) to predict the improvement in patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Measurement:Eighteen patients with HIE were studied,with regard to their ability to recover,using the results of the BAEP.in an inital BAEP testing of 18 patieats and secondry BAEP measurement of 10 of these patients.Results:Initial testing using BAEP revealed abnormal rates of 88.9% while a retesting of 10 patients resalted in the abnormal vate of 30%.Results of this study show that the BAEP measuremen had no significant relevance to the results of intelegence screening of the HIE patient.In conclusion,the BAEP is not a useful method of measuring the potential for recovery in the HIE patients.
