摘要
目的 :研究固体稀土 -蛋白配合物的合成。方法 :试验了牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)分别同钐(Ⅲ )、铕 (Ⅲ )离子形成配合物的合成方法及红外光谱表征。结果 :固体稀土 -蛋白配合物BSA -Sm(Ⅲ )和BSA -Eu(Ⅲ )分别与BSA比较在 170 0~ 110 0cm- 1范围内呈现显著差异。结论 :稀土离子Sm(Ⅲ )、Eu(Ⅲ )
Purpose:The synthesize of the solid coordination compounds of rare earth-protein.Method:The synthesize and FT-IR characteristic of proteins-bavine serum alumin(BSA) with Samarium(Ⅲ) and Europium(Ⅲ)ion compounds are exterimented.Result:The solid compounds of rare earth-protein BSA-Samarium(Ⅲ) and BSA-Europium(Ⅲ)were separately compared with BSA.The FT-IR spectra showed obvious difference in 1700-1100cm -1 region.Conclusion:The rare earth ion Sm(Ⅲ) and Eu(Ⅲ) form high sensitivity compounds with proteins via oxygen of carboxylate and nitrogen of amine or amide groups.
