该文首先讨论了我国土地整理的内容及运作方式 ,并对目前国际土地利用和覆被变化 (L U CC)的研究进展、主要内容和趋势 ,以及国内 L U CC研究的状况等做了全面的阐述 ,在此基础上 ,分别从国家、区域及景观 3个尺度层面重点讨论了 L U
In this paper, the concept, content and working mode of land consolidation in China are discussed first. And then, the progress, central study areas and tendency of land use and cover change (LUCC) in China as well as other countries are summarized systematically. Based upon that, the way of connecting the LUCC with land consolidation of China is discussed on national, regional, and local scale, respectively. One most important point of this study is that the LUCC will be helpful to most of the study areas of land consolidation, such as the planning and designing of land consolidation engineers, environmental impact assessment of land consolidation, practical model of land consolidation, rule and policy about land consolidation, management of land consolidation.
