摘要
组合喷枪是“高效宽幅远射程机动喷雾机”的主要工作部件 ,主要用于水田病虫草害防治作业 ,要求喷枪具备射程远、雾量分布均匀的工作特性 ,该研究从分析远射雾、圆锥雾、扇形雾喷嘴的工作原理入手 ,在试验基础上 ,根据不同雾化器件的工作特性 ,确定了构成组合喷枪的各雾化器件的最佳组合方式 ,工作参数满足 :1在规定的流量、工作压力下 ,射程达 10 m;2在整个射程范围内喷洒分布均匀 ,变异系数≤ 0 .35。
The combined spray gun is a high efficiency, wide coverage, long range and mechanized spraying assembly unit. It was especially utilized for prevention and cure of sickness and grass/insect harm in the water field. According to the particular requirement of water field routine missions that require the spray gun ought to fulfil the large flux, expanse scope, long range and a special trait of uniformity around the spray area. This academic research started from the analysis of primary principle then to study and test the speciality of the spraying to clearly identify the most optimized combination of long range, conical and slit nozzles in order to realize: ① to maintain the effective spray range in 10m under the prescribed flux and working pressure; ② the uniformity of the liquor spraying in the spraying domination that the coefficient of variance less than 0.35. Also at the arrangement of multi style nozzles, the innovation of multi style spraying domination and spraying uniformity are achieved.
