摘要
用电子显微镜观察了樟芝 (Antrodiacinnanonea)的菌丝体、子实体及孢子形态 ,初步研究了樟芝的生物学特性。发现樟芝菌丝生长的最适温度为 2 8℃ ,木屑培养基的最适含水量为58.5% ,最适碳源为 2 %葡萄糖 ,最适氮源为 0 .2
The morphology of the mycelia, fruitbodies and spores of Antrodia cinnanonea was observed with electron-microscope. The result showed that the optimum temperature, water content in the sawdust compost, the C-source and N-source for the mycelial growth of Antrodia cinnanonea were 28℃, 58.5%, 2% gluose and 0.2%(NH 4) 3C 6H 5O 7 resp..
