摘要
为了改善传统轧辊系统由于集中载荷作用引起的工作辊变形,研究制造了一种新型的轧辊静压支承,已初步证实其可靠性和优越性。本文考虑动压效应,建立了针对该支承的数学模型,并就动压效应对支承性能的影响编制程序进行了数值计算。结果表明,该支承可以建立起全膜润滑,动压效应的存在提高了支承的承载能力。
To improve the working roll's deformation caused by the point load of the traditional roll system, a new type hearing of the roll was established and proved to be reliable and advantageous. In this paper, we built up the math model of this bearing by thinking of the dynamic effect and programmed to calculate the influence of the dynamic pressure effect to the hearing's performance. The results indicate that the bearing can construct full oil film lubrication and the dynamic pressure effect improves the bearing capacity.
