摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯具有优异的物理和机械性能,其机械强度高、硬度大、摩擦系数低、尤其耐磨性能极佳,在所有工程塑料中名列前茅。因而用超高分子量聚乙烯替代金属作为轴承材料,其应用前景必定十分广阔。在分析材料性能的基础上,对超高分子量聚乙烯塑料轴承设计原理进行了研究,为工业化生产提供理论依据。
ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene is of many outstanding physical and mechanical performances such as high in mechanical strength, large in hardness and low in fiction coefficient, especially the anti- wear performance is very advantageous. So it was named as 'High Anti - wear Engineering Plastic' It may substitute metal for hearing material and be widely applied in mechanism field. In this paper, die design principle of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene bearing was studied.
