摘要
网络环境下 ,图书馆馆藏资源的结构、类型、载体、获取方式和手段都发生了深刻的变化。通过网络环境对图书馆的馆藏资源建设内容、质量评价标准、购置经费的分配和使用及信息资源保障模式等几方面的影响 ,提出了为适应网络环境的变化 ,图书馆在馆藏建设中应采取的对策。即更新馆藏观念、建立虚拟馆藏 ,合理配置馆藏资源、优化馆藏结构 ,加大对馆藏资源建设的投入 。
Under network condition, there are great changes in the forms of library resources, the materials of carrying information and the means of obtaining information in a library . Through discussing the influence of network condition on the forms of library resources,the standards of evaluating a library and the means of obtaining information,the countermeasures of library resource construction under network condition are put forward ,such as renewing the concept of library resources , setting virtual resources and optimizing library resources,increasing the investment for library resource construction,establishing special features of library resources.
