摘要
面对高等教育发展机遇与挑战 ,如何提高教育质量与办学效益 ,提高竞争力 ,依据ISO90 0 0标准建立高等院校质量管理体系十分必要。为此 ,对高等教育教学服务系统的特性与教育教学工作流程进行了研究 。
Facing the opportunities and challenges of development of higher education, it is necessary to build a system of quality management of colleges and universities under ISO9000 so as to raise educational quality, returns and competitive power . The characteristics and work process of education and teaching service system of higher education are studied, which provides a solid basis for building the system.
