摘要
对直接数字频率合成技术应用于π网络法石英晶体谐振器的串联谐振频率和串联谐振电阻测量进行了实验研究 ,实验结果表明 ,从 1MHz到 1 2 0MHz的石英晶体谐振器串联谐振频率的测量重复性达到了± 5× 1 0 -7,串联谐振电阻的测量重复性达到了± 5%
It has been tested that the electrical parameters of quartz crystal resonator are measured by zero phase technique in a π network. And the frequency generator which is the basic equipment of the method has been designed by using direct digital synthesize technique. The result of the measurement of some quartz crystals whose frequency range from 1 MHz to 120 MHz shows that the repeatability of the resonance frequency and the equivalent series resistance can attain ±5×10 -7 and ±5% respectively.
