摘要
实现纳米科学技术的一个重要课题是纳米加工技术的开发和应用 ,分析讨论目前广泛应用于纳米测试中的扫描探针显微技术手段后 ,探讨直接进行纳米切削的可能性和方法 ,并进行了实验研究。结果表明 ,开发的纳米切削方法既可作为材料加工过程的研究手段 。
A method to cut material and to measure material at nanometer scale has been developed, by using SPM ( Scanning Probe Microscope ) in machining. The machining principle is described and some experimental results about this cutting are given. And according to the experiments,the cutting characteristics and the chip deformation about nano-cutting process are discussed. It shows that the proposed nano-cutting method is as a good way to do research work in micro and nano-machining and has a potential application for engineering.
