摘要
针对叠层复合材料的微小孔加工 ,提出了阶跃式多元变参数振动钻削模型。按照双刃斜角切削理论和单刃正交切削理论 ,分别把钻头主切削刃和副刃分解成一系列微小双刃动态斜角切削单元 ,把横刃分解成一系列微小单刃动态正交切削单元 ,从而建立了振动钻削叠层复合材料 7个区段的动态轴向力和扭矩的理论公式。并以入钻定位误差、孔扩量、出口毛刺高度作为钻削过程质量评价指标进行了试验优化分析 ,结果表明 。
A model for step multi-element varying-parameter vibration drilling is proposed for widely used laminated composite materials. According to the theory of oblique cutting and orthogonal cutting dynamics,the main cutting edges and the side cutting edges of drills are regarded as a number of tiny dynamic oblique cutting elements with double cutting edges, and the chisel is treated as a number of tiny dynamic orthogonal cutting elements with single cutting edge.Theoretical equation of dynamic thrust and torque for seven segments in step multi-element varying-parameter vibration drilling of laminated materials are established. Moreover, the deflation of drill point, the error of the pore diameter, the height of burrs are regarded as evaluating targets of machining quality, the optimum experiments are carried out. As a result, the drilling accuracy is improved effectively by means of the proposed method.
