摘要
针对制造过程及设备的状态监控问题 ,提出了监控对象的模糊量状态空间的表示方法 ,在此基础上建立了包含多监控 Agent求解、求解一致性判定和一致性融合求解三个求解模块的协同监控求解系统结构。提出了一种在协同求解一致性判定条件下的一致性融合求解技术 ,用模糊集理论和定义决策相似度的方法建立了多监控 Agent求解结果的一致性判定算法 ;基于监控对象的模糊量状态空间 。
Aiming at the state monitoring of manufacturing process and equipment, the paper presents a representation method of monitoring object's fuzzy quantity space and establishes the cooperative monitoring system including the multi-agent module,the consistency-identifying module and the consistent problem-solving module. The paper then puts forward a consistent problem solving technique after identifying the consistency of multi-agent decision. The consistency-identifying algorithm is discussed by adopting fuzzy set theory and defining the degree of decision similarity, and the consistent problem solving algorithm is designed by translating the consistent problem solving into the fuzzy opinion aggregation of several experts' estimates represented by trapezoidal fuzzy numbers in group decision-making environment. Lastly the method is applied to the state monitoring application of FMS, whose availability and feasibility are testified.
