摘要
主要研究数控车削中凸变椭圆型面的成形方法。提出了将型面先分解、后合成的成形机理 ,将中凸变椭圆的型面分解为“椭圆”、“变椭圆”和“中凸”三个基本特征 ,对每一种特征进行了数学描述 ,并提出了相应的成形方法。采用微椭圆柱逼近整个型面 。
This article mainly studied the shaping method of middle convex and varied elliptic pattern. The shaping mechanism of first resolving then composing pattern is posed in this paper. Middle convex and varied elliptic pattern is divided into the three basic characteristics of ellipse, varied ellipse and middle convex, and each was described in mathematical manners and had they own shaping methods relevantly. At last, the whole pattern is approached with the micro elliptic cylinders, and the machining data for controlling the motion track of cutting tool were generated.
