摘要
提出区域网络化生产模式 ;分析了中小型制造企业现状、区域网络化生产模式的功能模型、运作方式、优势及其关键技术。分析结果表明 ,区域网络化生产模式是按照我国中小型制造企业的现状 ,以区域内中小型制造企业优先结盟实施敏捷制造的一种过渡性的生产模式 ,能较好地解决中小型制造企业目前所面临的一些问题。
There are many small and medium manufacturing enterprises which make much effect on national economics. Small and medium manufacturing enterprises are required to be as agile in responding market change ,but they have many problems which are caused by their internal and external conditions , so it is difficult for them to adopt to modern markets . So Area Network Production System (ANPS) is put forward here. The emphases of this paper are set on analyzing the functional model ,the running mode ,the superiority and the key technologies of ANPS after analyzing the status quo of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China.The results show that ANPS is a transitional production mode which put in practice Agile Production according to status quo of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises and can solve most of problems which exist in the enterprises.
