摘要
结合国家 86 3/CIMS应用示范工程项目 ,开发了一个实用的 MRP 系统。制造数据管理子系统是整个 MRP 的基础 ,针对制造数据管理子系统 ,详细分析和描述了系统业务流程及应具备的功能 ,并对制造数据管理系统的一些关键技术 ,如产品结构的多层展开、低层代码生成、累计提前期计算。
Many researches on manufacturing resource planning (MRPⅡ) are investigated from managing idea and implementary method, but how to develop the MRPⅡ program is very seldom in the literature researches. Based on the CIMS project of State 863 High Technology Program and Application, we have developed a practical MRPⅡ system. Because manufacturing data management system(MDMS) is the foundation of MRPⅡ, we analyse and describe the operation flow and its functions of MDMS in detail, and some key techniques of system are also given.
