摘要
论述了数控加工中过切故障产生的原因。在建立刀具对工件发生过切模型的基础上,进一步 提出了临界过切点的数学模型。通过试验研究,并采用小波分析技术进行了过切故障的状态 识别,表明本方法能有效地进行过切故障的监控。
The principle of the fault of over-cutting in CNC manufacturing is discussed. A physical model of over-cutting which happens between the tool and the work-piece is presented. On the basis of that, the mathematic model of the critical point of over-cutting is given Simulating experiment is done and wavelet transform is used to identify the phase of over-cutting, the results show that this mean is very efficient in on-line monitoring of the fault of over-cutting.
