摘要
含有无模约束自由变形的管轴压精密成形易于实现零件精确、高 效、低耗和灵活的制造而成为一种有发展前途的先进精密成形工艺。但含有无模约束自由变形的成形过程变形机理复杂,影响参数多,难以用解析的方法进行准确描述。因此,有必要开展管轴压精密成形过程的有限元模拟研究。在分析了无模约束自由变形模式的基础上,对有限元模拟的关键技术问题进行了处理,建立了该过程的刚塑性有限元分析模型,进而开发了有限元数值模拟系统,试验研究表明所开发的分析软件是可靠实用的。该系统为系统深入地研究管轴压精密成形过程中无模约束自由变形机理和成形规律提供了有效的手段。
Tube axial compressive precision forming containing free de formation is an advanced precision forming process with good future that can be used for producing parts with good flexibility, high efficiency, low consumption, and high precision. However, the forming process including free deformation is affected by several effective parameters, and its mechanism is complex and difficult to be described with accurate quantitative relationships, so it is necessary to develop finite element simulation system for study of tube axial compressive precision forming process. Based on the thorough analysis of deformation mode , the rigid plastic finite element numerical model of forming process is established and some key technology problems related to the simulation are resolved. T he numerical simulation system is developed. Experimental research shows that the software system developed is reliable and practical. It provides an effective approach to further and systematical study of free deformation mechanism and law in tube axial compressive precision forming process.
