A brief description of biochip

摘要 生物芯片是生物学、微电子学、化学等学科交叉发展的产物。生物芯片实质上是一种微型化的生化分析仪器。它主要包括基因芯片、蛋白质芯片和芯片实验室三大领域。本文介绍了生物芯片的基本原理及其研究现状,并对其应用和存在的问题作了简要讨论。 Biochip is the product of cross-linking of biological science, microelectronics and chemistry. Substantially, biochip is a miniaturized biochemical analyzer. The biochip mainly includes gene chip, protein chip and lab-on-a-chip. The basic principles and current status of biochip are described and the applications and problems faced are discussed briefly.
