摘要
分析了弹性机构一般形式非线性运动微分方程的结构特点 ,提出一种利用状态空间法结合迭代法进行求解的数值方法 ,并改进了矩阵指数函数和具有加边块带状系数矩阵方程组的解法 ,有效地提高了计算的精度和效率。以连铸机结晶器四偏心式振动机构为例进行动力学分析 。
A general form of non-linear differential motion equations for the elastic mechanism is analysed. Based on the analysis of the structure property of the equations, a numerical solution method which combines the State Space Method with Iterative Method is put forward. The solution efficiency and precision are improved greatly through analyzing the solution method of the matrix exponent function and the equation groups with belt shape and side block coefficient matrixes. Finally, as an example, the dynamic properties of a mold oscillation mechanism with 4-eccentric axes for continuous casting machine are analyzed. The results illustrate the correctness and feasibility of the method.
