摘要
面对日益激烈的市场竞争 ,企业制胜的法宝是快速响应市场生产出具有最优TQCS指标的创新产品。对产品创新的源头———用户需求信息的获取、分析与处理进行了简单描述 ,提出了逐层映射的需求模型 ,并介绍了Web支持的基于知识的产品需求敏捷获取与处理系统 (RADAR)
Facing to the increasingly impetuous market competition, the magic weapon for getting victory of enterprise is to produce innovative product possessing TQCS target for a rapid response to the market. This paper carried out a simple description on the source of product innovation—the acquisition, analysis and processing of customer's requisite information. It put forward a requisite model of layer by layer mapping and introduced the frame structure and realization tactics of agile acquisition and processing system of product's requirement based on knowledge with Web support.
