摘要
研究了真空感应熔炼Ni基高温合金过程中的脱氮行为.计算了不同真空度及加Al和Ti条件下Ni-6Gr-5Go-2Mo-6W合金在1600℃时氮的溶解度.实验表明在CaO坩埚精炼过程中加Al对脱氮有促进作用;加Ti则对脱氮有明显不利影响.
The denitrogenation behavior during vacuum induction melting (VIM) Ni-base superalloy using CaO crucible was studied, and the dissolubilities of nitrogen under different vacuum levels as well as At and Ti adding amounts at 1600 degreesC were also calculated. The results show that At addition has evident effect to denitrogenation and Ti addition has adverse effect to denitrogenation. The increase of vacuum level is a powerful way to accelerate the rate of denitrogenation.
