摘要
为了定量测度磨削力的不确定性 ,运用模糊集合论中的对称模糊数和线性规划优化理论建立了磨削力的模糊测度模型 ,然后介绍了编码修正分明测度方法。为验证所述测度模型和方法 ,建立了磨削力检测系统以获取建模和评价数据。研究结果表明 :对于给定的磨削条件 ,模糊测度模型可输出一个磨削力范围 ,而分明测度模型输出的却是一个确定点 ;实测力落在模糊测度范围内或分明测度确定点附近 ,但这些测度模型具有不同的有效性、稳定性。
In order to measure the uncertainty of grinding force quantitatively, the symmetric fuzzy number in fuzzy set and the linear planning optimization theory are used to establish the fuzzy measurement model of grinding force, and then a crisp measurement method, defined as code modification, is presented. To verify the described method, a grinding force measuring system is schemed to obtain the modeling and evaluating data. The research results show that the fuzzy model can output a force extent,and the crisp model outputs a point fixed force for given grinding conditions, and the actual measured force drops into the fuzzy extent or neighborhood of the point fixed, but with different validity, stability, reliability and engineering adaptability.
