The achievement of the development of industrial furnaces is described briefly.The application of the regenerative barners is one of the most important technical progresses in the field of industrial furnace in the twentieth century.The investigation results of regenerative burner system and its application feature in the countries mainly of Russia and Ukraine are introduced.
