摘要
原材料的检验和管理关系着产品的最终质量和原材料的合理使用 ,直接影响企业的经济效益。本文根据调研结果对原材料的入厂检验、原材料的分类处理以及原材料的出库方法进行了分析研究 ,用计算机替代人进行原材料的管理 ,以克服传统手工处理信息滞后、易出错等缺点 ,并把模糊控制理论应用到原材料的分类处理中。
This paper describes a material quality information management system which uses computer systems instead of humans to manage material, which overcomes disadvantages of traditional disposal of material information such as often making mistakes, long feedback time of information. According to the inquiry in manufactories, the methods of stock-in and stock-out verification of materials are investigated, and fuzzy logic is utilized in classification management of materials. At the end of the paper, the developed material management system is introduced briefly.
