摘要
利用传热模型和物理模型计算了等离子旋转电极法 (简称 PREP)和锤砧法 (简称 HAP)制备的 Ti Al合金的冷却速度。计算结果显示 :以高纯氩为冷却介质 ,PREP法制备的 Ti Al合金的冷却速度为 10 2 K / s~ 10 4 K/ s;锤砧法的冷速为 10 5K/ s~ 10 6 K/ s。
The cooling rates of rapidly-solidified TiAl alloy prepared by solidification process, e. g. Plasma Rotation Electrode Process (PREP) and Harmmer and Anvil Spall Quenching Process (HAP) have been calculated by means modes of heat transfer and physics in the present paper. The results show that: cooling rate of PREP is in the scope of 10(2)K/s similar to 10(4)K/s,and that of HAP is in 10(5)K/s similar to 10(6)K/s.
