摘要
用激光衍射法和BET法 (Brunner Emmett TellerMethod)研究了用喷雾干燥法制备的PSZ 3Y粉末的粒度性能。用喷雾干燥法能制得粒度均匀性好的球状PSZ 3Y粉末。影响粉末粒度的主要因素是料液中 (ZrO2 +Y2 O3)的浓度 ,其次是送料速度。从颗粒形貌图看出 ,颗粒表面布满了裂纹 ,所以这样的粉末经二次处理后 。
The particle size of SPZ 3Y powder prepared by spray drying method was investigated by laser diffraction and BET technique. The results indicate that the PSZ 3Y powder with fine and well distributed spherical particle can be prepared by spray drying method. One of the main factors affecting the particle size is the consistence of ZrO 2 and Y 2O 3 in the solution, and the other is the speed of the solution conveyed. It can be observed from the particle structure chart that the particles are spread with crackles. So the ultrafine powder can be obtained after processed secondly.
