摘要
为使FY 1C卫星上的镉镍电池可向空间散热 ,以降低工作温度 ,采用了毛细泵回路 (CPL)技术。介绍CPL的工作原理、主要组成以及在卫星上控制星载设备温度应用的设计技术 ,给出了在地面进行的各项热性能试验情况。卫星在轨运行测试验证表明 ,卫星温度处于最佳状态 ,镉镍电池组的温度控制在 (4~ 9)℃的范围内 ,6台镉镍电池之间温差小于 3℃ 。
The paper mainly introduces the working principle and composing of the Capillary Pumped Loop(CPL), and the design of CPL used in satellite. The data of ground thermal performance test and of orbital telemetry are also shown. The results of in orbit operation show that the temperatures of six batteries are controlled in the range of (4~9)℃,and the difference in temperature among them is less 3℃ to meet the specific requirements of temperature for Cd Ni battery.
