摘要
以水作溶液,过氧化物为引发剂,合成了顺丁烯二酸与乙酸乙烯酯及第三单体丙烯酸酯或丙烯酰胺的二元或三元共聚物。考察了影响共聚反应的因素。通过红外、差热和热失重,测定了共聚物的结构和性能。油田试验结果表明,顺丁烯二酸共聚物是油田地层水中钡锶离子较有效的稳定剂。通过X射线和扫描电镜等分析,研究了共聚物使BaSO_4垢分散和晶体发生畸变的防垢机理。
The copolymer of maleic acid, vinyl acetate and third monomers(acrylate or acrylamide) were prepared using water as solvent and peroxide as initiator. Factors effecting the copolymerization were studied. The structure and properties of the copolymer prepared were identified by IR, DTA and TG. The experimental results showed that the copolymer is a pretty good stabilizing agent of barium-strontium ion in oilfield formation water. Formation of distorted and dispersed BaSO_4 crystals were determined by X-ray diffraction and X-650 SEM, and the mee mechanism of scale inhibition was discussed.
