还原葡糖胺是合成表面活性剂的新原料。综述了还原葡糖胺的制备方法及其在表面活性剂的应用。
Glucamine is a new material for synthesis of surfactants, which is prepared by reductive amination of glucose. The methods for preparing glucamine and its application in surfactants have been reviewed.
