摘要
以国产线型SBS嵌段共聚物为主体材料制备了压敏胶。讨论了增枯树脂和增塑剂以及胶层厚度等因素对压敏胶性能的影响。该胶粘剂显示了良好的弹性、内聚力和粘接性能,其180°剥离强度可达14N/cm,60℃持粘力为120min,快粘力(球号)为11。
Pressure-sensitive adhesive was prepared from linear SBS block copolymer as base-material. Effect of tackifying resin and plasticizer, as well as adhesive layer thickness etc. on pressure-sensitive adhesive property was discussed. The adhesive showed good elasticity and cohesion, as well as bonding property,its 180 peel strength was 14N/cm, 60℃ adhesion lasting force was 120 min, fast sdhesion (ball number) was 11.
