异喹啉盐可与不同结构的环烯醚及环烯醇醚进行Diels-Alder环加成反应,这是合成稠环化合物的有效途径。文中提出了8-甲氧基异喹啉与2,4-二硝基氯苯的成盐方法。
Some isoquinolinium salts are able to react with a wide variety of cyclic enol ethers and cyclic vinyl ethers in Diels-Alder reaction, this is an effective way to form fused ring compounds. The author prepared a salt of 8-methoxyisoquinoline with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, before which, no one had yet successfully accomplished.
