摘要
目的 研究鼻内镜手术前后鼻粘膜组织病理学变化。方法 对 46例患者术前和术后 4个月进行鼻内镜检查和光学显微镜观察。结果 术后 4个月炎性细胞、粘膜下结构增厚、水肿、鳞状细胞化生和息肉明显减轻 ,而杯状细胞、粘膜下层腺体、病理性腺体和纤维化 ,术后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。与术后患者的临床症状和鼻内镜观察相一致。结论 鼻内镜术后 4个月鼻粘膜仍不稳定 ,且仍处于病变恢复阶段。因此术后随访时间应不少于 4个月或更长 。
Objective To investigate the histopathologic changes of nasal mucosa before and after intranasal endoscopic surgery. Methods Pathologic features of nasal mucosa were observed in 46 patients before and at four months after intranasal endoscopic operation with the light microscope. Results The mumber of inflammatory cells, the subepithelial thickening, edema, squamous cell differentiation and polypoid formation were significantly reduced at four months post operation, however, no significant changes in the fibrosis as well as in the number of goblet cells, submucosal glands, and pathologic glands (P>0.05). Conclusion The experiment outcome indicated that the nasal mucosa is unstable at four months post operation, so the postoperative follow up should be carried out more than four months or even longer.
