摘要
从 2 0余株酵母菌中筛选得到可转化D 木糖生产木糖醇的热带假丝酵母。以此为出发菌株 ,通过UV重复诱变 ,并结合高糖平板分离 ,得到木糖还原酶活力较高的较佳诱变株ZG 2 4。当初糖浓度为85 3 6g/L时 ,经 1 0L罐发酵 64h,木糖醇含量达 60 87g/L ,木糖利用率为 94 1 1 % ,产物木糖醇得率达 75 78%。
