摘要
从重病田健株采集根际土样 13份 ,分离根际细菌 75 3株 ,室内平皿对峙筛选到拮抗烟草黑胫病菌的菌株 98株 ,占分离菌株的 12 7%。温室测定发现有 2 0个菌株防治效果达 40 0 %以上 ,超过药剂对照的有 4个菌株 ,防治效果分别为 75 7% ,78 6 % ,78 6 % ,79 3%。其中 。
Thirteen tobacco rhizospere soil samples were collected from healthy plants in heavy disease plots. After isolation and purification, 753 rhizobacteria (RB) were obtained. By paring culture on PDA, 98 antagonistic RB (ARB)to Phytophthrora nictianae (98Pn022) were screened. These antagonistic RB strains were used as a biocontrol agent against black shank in the greenhouse experiment. The results showed 20 strains from 98 strains had a good control effect (40.3%~79.3%).Among of them, 4 strains' relative control efficiency were all above 75%, better than that of compared chemical fungicide. Some ARB can promote tobacco seedling growth in the greenhouse.
