摘要
本文对70例矽肺死亡病例进行了分析,总病死率为16.02％,结果表明:工种、接尘工龄、并发症(尤其是肺结核)、季节等因素均为矽肺死亡的主要影响因素。并提示死于呼吸系统疾病者比重大占54.29％。特别是因呼吸衰竭死亡占首位,随着时间的进展,矽肺病人平均死亡年龄及平均接尘工龄均逐渐增加。
This paper deals with the analysis of 70 cases of death from silicosis. The average death rate is 16.02%.The result shows that the main factors causing death are type of work,exposure to dust,complication(especially pulmonary tuberculosis),season,etc.The diseases in respiratory system, especially respiratory failure,occupy 54.29%.with time elapsing,both the average age of death and the average exposure to dust increase gradually.
