摘要
158例患儿厌食,生长发育障碍与发锌,铜间关系的研究,结果铜值正常。锌值3岁以下最低平均75.23μg/g。4岁以上为97.08μg/g。所有患儿中缺锌者为81.64％,随年龄增高,锌值增加,发病率减少。学龄前儿童与学龄后儿发锌值差别明显(P<0.01)。
Pediatrics Department of the Affiliatect Hospital,jinzhou Medical college The relationship beeween anorexia,arrested development and the values of hair-zinc and copper was studiedin 158 palients from one to fourteen years of age,the value of copper was within normar range.The mean value of hair—zinc was 75.23μg/g in the group from one to three years of age and 97.084μg/g in the group from four to fourteen years of age.The sick children who were short of zinc amounted to 81.64%.The number of shortage of zinc in boys was higher than in girls.With the growth of clildren,The value of hair—zinc gradully increased and the incidence decerased.The diff erencc is obvious betweeu preschoolers and school—age children in the vaue of hair—zinc(P<0.01).
