摘要
二十世纪末以来 ,世界范围内金融危机爆发的频率增加 ,破坏性也更强 ,其原因是多方面的 ,其中汇率制度也是引发金融危机的重要原因之一。本文从一般意义上分析了不同汇率制度下发生金融危机的可能性、汇率制度对金融危机的影响机制及汇率制度在防范金融危机中的作用等问题 ,在此基础上分析了我国汇率制度的问题和抵御金融危机的能力。最后 ,对我国汇率制度的改进提出了建议。
Exchange system is one of reasons which induce financial crisis. This paper analyses possibility of financial crisis under different exchange systems, the influence mechanism of exchange system on financial crisis, and the effect of exchange system's guarding against crisis. Besides the above, gives some suggestions to China's exchange system.
