摘要
本文主要对 WX系列空冷发电机用绝缘盒的材料选择 ,加工模具的设计要点、注塑工艺、产品的耐压试验及应用情况作了简要介绍。应用结果表明 ,该绝缘盒达到了 ABB公司的技术要求 ,替代了进口产品 ,取得了良好的应用效果及经济效益。
This paper introduces the manufacture and application of an insulation cap for the stator terminal insulation of WX series air cooled turbogenerators.The cap was made of a glass-fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) and shaped by injection moulding. Withstand voltage、 adherence with a polyurethane adhesive which is poured into the cap and fixed the cap to the stator terminals、resistance to VPI varnish solvent、 dimension stability at high temperature、 mechanical strength of the cap were tested.The turbogenerator running results show that the cap can replace the import.
