摘要
研究了通信电缆用热收缩制品聚乙烯专用料的原料、工艺流程、性能及其影响因素。以LDPE为基础树脂,添加EVA、炭黑、抗氧剂、助混剂等,经熔融共混挤出造粒制得专用料,测试结果表明,所研制的各项性能均达到YD/T590.2-1992要求,且优于常规电缆护套料。
The raw materials, preparation process, properties and its influential factors of the special PE material for telecommunication cable heat shrinkable products were researched. The special material was prepared by adding EVA, carbon black, antioxidant, mixing aid, etc, into the LDPE basic resin, mixing all composition thoroughly, extruding and granulating the blend. The test results showed that the properties of the prepared material were up to the YD/T590 standard and better than those of normal cable shieding materials.
