摘要
用扫描电镜观察三例放疗后乳腺癌患者头发的表面微细结构变化 ,结果表明 :放疗前后变化明显。放疗前毛干呈圆柱形 ,毛干毛小皮细胞鳞片状排列呈波浪样 ,并与毛干长轴大致垂直 ,与健康人头发比较未见明显差别。放疗后随着放疗累积剂量的增加 ,出现毛小皮排列层次紊乱 ,间距不等 ,游离缘外翻和局部毛小皮脱落 ,而且变化程度与放疗累积剂量有关。
The surface ultrastructure of hairs from 3 cases of mammary gland cancer patients after radiotherapy were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Before radiotherapy the circular surface structure of the hair shafts in the patients were shown, the cells of the outermost layer were in imbricative and parallel arrangements. With increase of cumulate dose, different degrees of loose density, adhesion, imbricative loss and debris occurred in the cuticles.
