摘要
本文利用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了高速钢中δ共析体的形态、结构及共析奥氏体的转变过程。结果表明,高速钢铸态组织中的δ共析体是由沿不同位向生长的棒条状组织,其外围有一明显的碳化物壳层。δ共析碳化物为横截面呈方形的棒条状M_6C,δ共析奥氏体在冷却过程中分解为珠光体组织。
The morphology and structure of δ eutectoid and the transformation of δ austenite in high speed steel have been studied under SEM and TEM. The δ eutectoid in as-cast high speed steel is rod-shaped eutectoidic units with different orientations and is markedly surrounded by carbide shell. The eutectoidic carbide is rod-shaped M_6C of square cross section. The eutectoid austenite may transform into pearlite structure during cooling.
