摘要
本文用透射电镜研究了2024—2324铝合金在不同时效制度下的一种新沉淀相(X相)。研究表明,X相具有底心正交结构,点阵常数a=0.492nm,b=0.852nm,c=0.701um,并发现时效初期X相在卷线位错上形成。低温时效,合金中以析出S系列沉淀相为主;高温时效,以析出X沉淀相为主。
A new precipitate phase (X phase) has been studied by means of TEM
in 2024--2324 Al alloys in different aging conditions. The X phase is determined to
have a c-centered orthorhombic crysta1 structure with a=0.492nm, b=0.852nm and
c=0.701nm. It is found that the X phase forms on the helical dislocation in the
initial stage of aging. At lower aging temperature, the S series precipitate phases do-
minate the precipitation; while at higher aging temperature, the X phase dominates the
precipitation.
